RETURN POLICY

All items that are being returned must be in the same condition which they were shipped.  Boots must never be worn off of carpet and tags must be attached.  We will accept returns for up to 45 days from the purchase date.  When returning an item, the customer must place a note in the box explaining the issue with the item being returned and it must be sent to our physical address.
